Stylurus potulentus
(Yellow-sided Clubtail)
Stylurus potulentus is known from a handful of counties in southeastern Mississippi, and it has more recently been discovered at two localities in southwestern Alabama. This rarely seen dragonfly inhabits very clean, often tannic, shallow sandy streams in forested areas, where it often co-occurs with S. townesi.
