Possibly could occur throughout both Alabama and Mississippi, in localities with suitable host plant, Sweetleaf.  Wings are brownish-gray below; blue spot on hindwing has well formed orange cap.  Cell-end bar separated from upper spot on postmedian band.  Similar species:  Banded Hairstreak and Striped Hairstreak
