
ORANGE SULPHUR
Colias eurytheme
Expected to occur throughout both Alabama and Mississippi. Very similar to Clouded Sulphur; these two species hybridize making identification even more difficult. Dorsal surface of males orange with solid dark bands along the wing margins. Females can be white or yellow and have a dark band with light areas along the wing margins.
